Text the keyword “4hope” to 741 741 to be connected to a trained Crisis Counselor within 5 minutes. This is also a direct link to the page of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Ohio for families, adults and children. Their mission statement is as follows "The mission of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is to provide statewide leadership of a high-quality mental health and addiction prevention, treatment and recovery system that is effective and valued by all Ohioans."

An app for download on Apple and Android devices used by both counselors for improving mental health. Their are free meditations available to find out if it's for you which utilize breathing, silence and discovering inner peace. The link will take you to the main site where you can get information and resources on the benefits of taking some daily time to "Breethe."
