Mental Health Awareness

Taking care of ourselves on a daily basis occurs both inside and outside the school. When we are functioning at our best our mental health is strong. Acknowledging when we are struggling is hard to do whether it be sad, angry, frustrated or other countless emotions. Being able to help through a variety of tools and resources outside and offering our abilities through our education is imperative towards ensuring success across all facets.
